Vacancy: Head Chef

The job description for this role is as follows:
- Planning menus
- Ensuring quality of raw material
- Ensure quality of finished goods
- Ensure portion size
- Stock management
- Knowledge of cost and budgets
- Organizing and managing staff
- Overall food production overview
- Knows how to motivate and delegate efficiently while also maintaining a teamwork attitude.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a top end restaurant or hotel.
- Knows about food hygiene and cleanliness, and is compliant with HACCAP procedures
- Has a degree / diploma in food production
