They seek to hire a Territory Sales Officer whose main role is to champion sales in the region and oversee establishment of links with local dealerships
Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinating sales logistics within the Western area and any other area assigned
- Market intelligence gathering
- Develop and maintain a sales team
- Managing the sales network of the region
- Permanent route Plan development and implementation
- Achieving the monthly Volume targets
- Productivity of daily planned areas to be visited
- Ensuring availability of motorcycle units in the market
- Deliver volume and revenue targets for the territory
- To develop of dealers and dealer workforce
- New account development
- Weekly reporting on all KPI’s
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a diploma in Sales and marketing
- Additional academic qualifications are an added advantage
- At least 3 yrs selling motorcycles
- Knowledge of motorcycle industry dynamics
- Dealer network development skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, delegation
- Young, dynamic individual
- Well presented
