The County Assembly of Homa Bay invites for expressions of interest from interested persons for the preparation of a Five-Year Strategic Plan for the County Assembly and the county Assembly website.
 

1. Expression of interest for the preparation of strategic plan.
 

Scope of Work
 

The specific tasks include:

1. Collection of views from all the stakeholders
2. Formulating the draft strategic plan
3. Finalization and production of the strategic plan.

2. Expression of Interest for the Preparation of County Assembly website and Local area Network
 

Scope of Work
 

The specific tasks include

1. Design a new website
2. Collecting of views of all stakeholders
3. Development of website specifications
4. Carrying out orientation for the staff and relevant stakeholders
5. Finalizing and commissioning of the website

The bidders must provide the following:

1. Proposal for the work together with bidder’s profile, capability, key personnel and their respective curriculum vitae.
2. A certified copy of certificate of registration with the relevant professional body and a letter confirming that the bidder is in good standing.
3. Certificate of registration/incorporation
4. Tax compliance certificate
5. Evidence of physical address
6. Evidence of similar works and magnitude.

Note: The already prequalified firms/tenderers will be considered
 

Tender documents may be obtained from the procurement office, county assembly offices upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Ksh 2,000/= per document, in cash.
 

A complete Expression of Interest document in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked: ’Consultancy Services for The Strategic Plan’’ and ’Consultancy Services for The Website’’ should be posted to:
