Position: Project Manager
Reporting To: Strategy Director
Overall Job Purpose: This position ensures timely inception, implementation and delivery of projects by ensuring that projects are planned and managed accordingly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, form project team, and establish project budget.
- Monitor project progress through tracking activity and resolving problems, and produce progress reports and recommendations.
- Monitor the quality of service delivery and project progress, and update the concerned parties.
- Manage project documentation from inception to delivery.
- Manage the project team.
- Clear & reliable documentation at all times
- Planning & timely delivery of all projects
- Delivery on budget
Technical Qualifications
- Business related degree
- Masters in relevant degree an added advantage
- Professional qualification in project management
- Over 4 years experience as a Project Manager in a managerial position

- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable nature
