Our client, an emerging leader in the Digital market seeks to recruit a Managing Director to be in charge of the Online Business Functions while ensuring profitability and growth of the organization.
 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Report to the board /chairman of the board on weekly basis.
• Leading and work with marketing and sales team.
• Recruiting new Publishers to the concept
• Budget responsibility
• Online Marketing activities
• Take the company forward and expand in Kenya to begin with and later on to the East Africa region.
• Overseeing all business activities including the programming team

Qualification and Experience

• The Individual should have a job in management of a large team
• Individual must be between the age of 35-45 years old.
• Experience in Digital media, online business or the publishing/gaming industry
• Entrepreneurial mind and ability to make the organization grow
• Excellent, negotiation and leading skills
• Over 5 years of experience in the Media, Advertising or Application Development Organization
