Our client specializing in Security and ICT Products is in need of aRegional Sales Manager in Mombasa.
The successful candidate is expected to have some basic knowledge of the same.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for running the new office in Mombasa.
The candidate shall also be involved in the management of the sales and technical staff they will hire in Mombasa with his/her assistance.
The candidate must also be ready and able to meet their monthly regional target set for his/her office.
Requirements- A holder of at least a Higher National Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent with at least 3 years professional experience with specific interest in a Service sector with high end products.
- Must be well versed with use of computer applications especially QuickBooks, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Must be out going and able to meet new clients and help train the new staff, mentor them and work with them upon being hired for a successful regional business.
- Must be fluent in both English and Kiswahili especially spoken. Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Cantonese and Arabic shall be an added advantage but not necessarily a requirement.
- Must be a good time- manager and a quick learner and able to make timely reports to the head office.
Age bracket: 28-45 years old.
Duty Station: Mombasa.
Gender: Male preferred.
Anticipated Start date: 1st October 2014.
