Law Firm Project & Change Manager Job in Nairobi Kenya (KShs 250K - 300K)

Our client, a prominent Law Firm based in Nairobi is looking to fill the position of a Project & Change Manager. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and delivery new standards for operations, customer service, commercial and finance functions. 

He/she MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as part of a management team in a law firm.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate’s main role will be to introduce improvement in the firms.
• Work with the senior management team to implement an aligned and detailed vision and  come up with delivery plan.
• Collation of the information obtained from the CM reviews and analysing it.
• Exhibit and drive a strong and creative performance culture, where the most rewarding opportunities are forcefully pursued.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports for assigned areas of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years experience as part of the management team of a law firm.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Law, Actuarial or  relevant background.
• A master’s degree would be an added advantage.
• Must have project management and/or process management qualifications.
• Must have high attention to detail & good business understanding.
• An earlier career with significant and successful experience of operational issues in a commercial organization.
• An analytical mind capable of attending to the nabbing of issues.
• An ability to come up with creative solutions and put them into effect.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Candidates with the ability to speak French will have an added advantage.
• Experience in implementing change.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 250,000 - 300,000/= (Approx. 2,941 - 3,529 USD)depending on experience
