Operations Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

A well-established company setting up in Kenya is seeking anOperations Manager for its Kenya office. 

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
 

1. A University degree from a recognized University, an MBA will be an added advantage
 

2. Work experience of not less than 10 years
 

3. Knowledge of the Telco industry
 

4. Knowledge of financial operations and accounting in business
 

The candidate should also display the following characteristics

• Ability to work under pressure from tight deadlines
• Self-disciplined with high levels of self-motivation
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills in both drafting proposals and interpersonal communication with business partners and directors
• Ability to run an entire office with minimal supervision.
• Must have own transport.
