- Recruitment and staffing
- Organizational staff development
- Employment in compliance with regulatory concerns
- Development of training plan and definition of training objectives for various categories of personnel,
- Salary, compensation and benefits administration
- Employee counselling and arbitration
She/He will be responsible for the identification, development and the general operational maintenance of specific HR programs like the personnel and payroll systems and the experts CV data base, and will play a major role in general in-house communication, thus guaranteeing a well adapted and balanced organization with the company goals and values.
Profile: Post graduate qualification in HR Management with at least 6 to 8 years experience in similar environment.
