We are looking for a Resourcing Co-ordinator who will support talent resourcing for our campaign on Newborn and Child Survival and for our programmes in fragile states across our region. If you think you can deliver real change for children, we want to hear from you.
You will need to have significant experience of end to end recruitment and best practice in resourcing. You will have experience of proven assessment and selection methodologies having used international recruitment media, to target international recruitment markets.
You will be resourceful and creative; have highly developed communication skills; have a customer orientated, flexible approach and the capacity to build relationships. You will also be solution focused with the ability to work quickly and with drive and determination.
The contract is for a period of 18 months with a competitive salary and benefits package
