Job Title: Marketing Executive

Summary
We are in manufacturing and selling cement; mining and processing industrial minerals and chemicals; and trading in other building products in Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa.
They are looking for an individual who will have the passion for marketing, should have a successful projected portfolio. Should be a flexible, innovative, creative individual who is able to execute projects on time and within the set budget and also charged with execution of certain aspects of the global marketing strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships.
- Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client meetings.
- Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
- Monitoring competitor activity and performance.
Duties:
- Client Relations Management
- Write Proposals
- Make presentations
- Make follow-ups
- Brand positioning and management
Education, Requirements and Experience
- Prospective applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or a business related field
- Sound knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies
- Minimum 2 – 5 years experience and proven performance in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in the advertising industry is a definite advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated creative flair
- A good team player
- Customer focus
