To ensure that we remain competitive and sustainable in future, we are in the process of implementing our strategic plans including establishing an ethanol distillery plant that will produce 22 million litres of ethanol per annum and building a water bottling plant with a capacity of 20 million litres per annum.
These projects are targeted for completion by the end of the year 2011.

Commercial Director
Job Purpose
The Commercial Director has the overall responsibility for sales, growth and commercial development. He /She will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure growth and delivery of sales revenues in accordance with the corporate business plans and objectives.
The scope also includes the commercial success of the client's base, expansion of services, profitability, customer service and the entirety of product sales.
Principal Responsibilities
· Responsible for sales
revenue growth. Equally develop, define and manage the commercial
organizational structure and strategic objectives
· Grow and maintain the
company share value and market
· Appoint and handle
the distribution network and direct the implementation of new cost reduction
initiatives and increase the profits.
· Drive profitability
and execute business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives and to
provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency.
· Spearhead the
budgeting process and overall control of the capital and manpower budgets of
the department and continuously review costs and optimize resources and provide
key inputs to the business plan and budget forecasting
· Critically review and
monitor operating results and recommend to management issues affecting quality
and profitability.
· Conduct economic and
commercial surveys, analysis of market demand and potential along with company
market share.
· Document information
on the competition and service within our target market, including numbers of
competitors, movement at various levels, characteristics of competitors, and
the unique points of difference between competitors
· Provide product and
technical specifications to the relevant departments including technical
advancement in various product segments
· Set organisation-wide
sales and collection targets and ensure constant growth to the company in top
line and bottom line
· Managing the
commercial team by keeping them motivated, efficient and ensuring readiness at
all times to serve the customer.
· Maintaining
discipline and ensuring healthy communication at all levels of the hierarchy
within the division
Minimum
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree in
Business Administration or Commerce with over 10 years experience.
· Post graduate
qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management and Strategic
Management is an added advantage.
· 10 years experience
in an FMCG industry as a Business, Sales or Marketing Manager.
· In addition to the
above, the suitable candidate should also demonstrate the following:
