The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco is offering twenty (20) Partial scholarships to Kenyans for 2011-2012 academic year in the areas of Science, Technology and Islamic studies

Requirements
1. Undergraduate Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Have attained at least a mean grade of B (Plain) at KCSE with strong grades in the subjects relevant to desired course
- Not more than 23 years of age
- Have completed secondary education in the last 3 years

Postgraduate Eligibility
Applicants should be:

- Employees in the public sector including research and parastatal organizations
- Those who have worked for at least two years since completing their last Degree
- Below 34 years for masters
- A holder of 1st class or upper 2nd class honours degree from a recognized University for Masters Degree.
Important
Information
- Language of instruction is French except in Islamic studies which require Arabic
- These are partial scholarships to cover tuition and upkeep of the students while in Morocco. The amount of training scholarship is 750 Dirhams (approx. $88) and granted for a 12 months period per academic year. Students will cater for boarding, transport or any other expenses arising thereof.
- Successful candidates will undergo a one (1) year compulsory French language Course
- Master of the French language is an added advantage

Preliminary application forms are obtainable from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology offices at Telposta Towers, 27th floor room 2702 or Provincial Technical Training Offices.
The application forms can also be downloaded from the Ministry’s website: www.scienceandtechnology.go.ke
Candidates for postgraduate studies should submit their application forms through their heads of departments (HODS).
Completed application forms with attached certified photocopies of ID, academic/professional certificates, transcripts, birth Certificate, school leaving certificate and other testimonials should be sent to:
