NARESA is a subcontracted partner of the APHIAplus project in Zone 2, Nairobi Coast provinces.
APHIAplus is a five year project award from USAID for comprehensive health service delivery to provide sustainable, integrated, quality health services resulting in improved health outcomes.

Mentorship Technical Advisor
Location: Mombasa
Reporting to the Principal Investigator the Mentorship Technical Advisor has the primary responsibility for leading the implementation of Mentorship in the Coast province.
S/He will work in close coordination with Government, including MOH to ensure mentorship activities are smoothly run.
The role will be responsible for coordinating mentor visits, using identified channel attend to reported gaps.
S/He will plan and organize ground rounds, breakfast meetings and sharing of experiences forums.
Job Requirements
· A Bachelor of Degree
in Nursing from a recognizable university
· A Masters in Public
Health will be an added advantage
· Minimum 3 years
experience implementing HIV service delivery programs
· Experience working
with MOH personnel and good knowledge of health systems and programs
· Training and capacity
building skills.
· Strong leadership
skills and ability to build relationships, work well as part of a team and
facilitate the achievement of results.
· Facilitates inputs in
standardization of CMEs
· Offer technical
support in the trainings that are planned for in this project.
