1. Administrator
Reporting to the Managing Director the position is responsible for the overall management of the day to day affairs of the PRASOL including administrative, personnel as well as financial matters of the organization.
This position will also oversee the development of PRASOL’s consultancy and training portfolios.

Key Qualifications and skills
- Degree in social sciences/business administration or other related fields from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrator preferably with a corporate organization.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing skills, planning, organizing, decision-making and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy under time constraints and pressure; to deal patiently and tactfully with others and to have a high sense of confidentiality, initiative and good judgment.
- Good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Kenyan laws and regulations An understanding of how consultancy and/or training services works will be an added advantage.
2.
Marketing Officer
Reporting to the Administrator, the position is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the company’s marketing plans.
This position is also responsible for increasing awareness of all the PRASOL’s Consultancy and Training programs in the market through communication and public relations activities and increasing visibility of the programs.
Key Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or related field with a marketing option from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years experience at the same level in a small to medium size firm Computer literacy in Ms Office packages especially in Ms Office applications including Power Point and graphic design skills.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing skills, planning, organizing, decision-making and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of how consultancy and/or training services works will be an added advantage.

Finance and Administrative Assistant (Intern Position)
Reporting to the Administrator, this position is responsible for assisting the Administrator in carrying out general administrative and accounting duties including but not limited to management of petty cash, filing, local authority licenses, statutory records and inputting of accounting data and any other duties as delegated.

- Diploma in commerce (accounting) from a recognized university/college
- At least 2 years experience at the same level in a small to medium size firm
- Good planning and organizational skills with adaptability and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Computer knowledge especially accounting packages including proficient use of Ms office suite
- Knowledge of Kenyan laws and regulations
