A low-income housing development company based in Nairobi seeks to recruit a young talented individual for the following position.

Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Mortgage, the role includes;

• Responsible for Sales of the Company’s properties
• Follow up leads generated, conduct effective meetings and close deals
• Find new clients to meet sales target
• Marketing the properties and creating marketing strategies within set targets and budgets
• Prepare and execute sales presentations and monthly sales reports.
• General office administration including maintaining customer accounts and collections.

Qualifications

• University graduate (business studies) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably marketing real estate
• Good communication skills and IT literacy
• High integrity, results and growth oriented with ability to deliver with minimum supervision.
• Accounting skills & clean driving license would be an added advantage

Job Skills:

• Good understanding of the housing industry market dynamics.
• Demonstrating powerful leadership both in terms of behaviors and action.
• Ability to plan and execute sales activities.
• Demonstrate a high degree of sensitivity, confidentiality and integrity when dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with outstanding reporting skills.
• A Go-Getter demonstrating powerful skills in attitude, behavior and execution.
• A fast learner, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to work with a team with minimum supervision and proficiency in computers.
