Because of growing demand for RedR
training in South Sudan, Kenya and the East Africa region, RedR are looking for
experienced, qualified professionals to join our pool of RedR Associate
Trainers.
Depending on demand and specific thematic needs our Associate Trainers work
closely with the RedR Learning & Development and International Programmes
team to develop new materials, convene events and deliver training programmes
for humanitarian workers.
If you are a training professional with humanitarian experience and you are
based in Kenya or the East Africa region, RedR would welcome an application
from you!
We are particularly looking for trainers with experience and proficiency in
security, project cycle management or technical areas such as nutrition, WASH,
needs assessment, disaster risk reduction and logistics.
You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to design and/or revise training
curriculum, deliver group presentations, manage group dynamics and enable
groups to learn together.
RedR will be running an Associate Trainers Assessment Day in Nairobi during the
week starting from October 24, 2011, therefore if you would like to become a
RedR Associate Trainer and you would be available for Assessment day, please
complete the application form attached and return it to:
