Job Vacancy: Technical Operation Supervisor

Qualifications:

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the entire production process for the dairy & food category, including maintenance and quality control and the management of all equipment, planning, production, storage and handling of products.

In addition, you are responsible for the quality control team ensuring full adherence to health and safety standards for all facilities, materials and products.

Education: University graduate or equivalent with technical aptitude

Experience: At least five (5) years experience in Milk, Milk production, water production and juice production with Lab analysis background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong background in milk processing and all equipment from milking parlor to filling machines.
• Experience in Dairy processing plant operation and maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation).
• Hands-on experience with technical areas of utilities like Boilers & refrigeration.
• Experience in working with packaging system (Pouches/PE Bottles).
• Understand Lab Quality control function and offer guidance and leadership where needed.
• Supervise sanitation procedures and ensure details are completed.
• Ensue processing and line production information is accurate and complete.
• Adjust production according to inventory needs.
• Work with mark implement new production strategies.
• Good, positive, proactive problem solving skills.
