MSH would like to invite suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join
its team based in Kenya in the following positions;
Human Resource Manager
MSH seeks a Human Resources Manager to implement practices and activities of
the Human Resources Management (HRM) Office in Kenya and provide a full
spectrum of services and programs linked to short and long-term organizational
needs and objectives.
The HR Manager will work closely with the MSH Country Director, the Kenya
Leadership Team and the MSH Center Human Resources to support the achievement
of organizational mission, goals, and objectives through the development,
implementation, and management of activities.
Applicants will possess a minimum of a Masters Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with
significant
experience in Human Resources Management.
At least 8 years working experience on international programs in Kenya or East
Africa is required; demonstrated experience working with USG funded programs
preferred.
Applicants will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organization
skills and must have working knowledge of the Kenyan Labor laws, NGO Act and
other relevant laws.
Data Manager - APHIAPLUS NALs
The Data Manager will work closely with Provincial and District Ministry of
Health (MOH) Records Clerks providing technical assistance, training and
support for data collection, analysis, dissemination, and use at all levels of
health service delivery.
He/she will assist facility based health workers and community-based groups to
develop and maintain a system that facilitates use of data and information for
their day-to-day functions, track progress, benchmark services, and better
understand the value and meaning of the data they collect.
Applicants will possess a degree in Statistics / Health Statistics with at
least two years experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of public health
programs. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS monitoring and familiarity with the PEPFAR indicators
is required. This position will be based in Garissa.
