Discipline: Generalist HR (HR Consultant)
Experience Required: 3 - 5 Years
Education Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Travel Percentage: 50% - Must flexible to travel.
Contract: Initial contract is for 6 Months with a possibility of extension.
Role Purpose: Applies strategic and business targets to HR processes, products and services. Acts as the primary, trusted HR advisor and coach to line managers in people management & HR practices. Supports line managers to achieve their business targets.
Main Responsibility Area: Delivering high quality in HR services. HR tools training. Case handling re labor law and collective agreements in basic cases. Special roles and projects.

- Talent management support.
- Execution of change management initiatives.
- Coaching, mentoring and development of teams and team members.
- Delivering high quality in HR service.
- Voice service & e-mail covering full range of HR professional services delivered in the region.
- Support in more complex questions.
- End-to-end People process support.
- HR policy support and interpretation.
- HR tools support to managers and employees.
- Employment laws and collective agreements info to ee#s and mgrs.
- Policy and process training.
- Case handling regarding labor law and collective agreements.
- Special roles & projects.
- Identifies and participates in human resource policy and program development in partnership with senior consultants an dother human resource staff.
- Assists in new policies, practices, and programs to meet business line management & HR functional needs.
- Responsible for providing assistance and guidance on HR topics to line management and on a broad range of human resource policies, programs and practices.
