Procurement Manager - Supply Categories
The Procurement Manager for the Supply categories defines the procurement and business strategy within selected categories.
The role leads cross functional teams for both sourcing and supplier management. The role also ensures the development of their team members through coaching, performance reviews and regular training.
The role requires an individual with a Bachelor degree in Commerce or a related qualification.
The individual will also need to be a qualified CIPS professional, with at least 6 - 8 years experience in line management and functional procurement experience within the FMCG industry.
Inbound Logistics Control Tower Specialist
The Inbound Logistics Specialist ensures that there is availability of raw & packaging materials, beer and spirits for distribution.
Key accountabilities for this role include providing leadership for import shipments into the country; complete and maintain a KPI’s fact file for transporters/haulers as per agreed service levels; coordinate and plan to ensure efficient inbound logistics to meet scheduled timeliness and manage the performance of third party logistics providers.
The role requires an individual with a Bachelor degree ¡n Commerce or a related qualification.
The individual will also need to have at least 5 years hands-on experience in customs clearance process operations, two of which must have been spent on port of Mombasa operations, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment; experienced in customs bonded warehouse management and knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO14001 & OHSAS, 18001 standards.
Procurement Controller - CAPEX
The purpose of the role is to define procurement strategy CAPEX category and lead cross functional teams for both sourcing and supplier management.
The role requires an individual with a Bachelor degree ¡n Commerce, Engineering or a related qualification. The individual will also need to be a qualified CIPS professional, with at least 4 years functional procurement experience within the FMCG industry.
Procurement Buyer - MRO (*3 Roles)
The role holders will participate in defining the procurement strategy within selected categories and participate and lead cross functional teams for both sourcing and supplier management.
The role requires individuals with a Bachelor degree in Commerce or a related qualification.
The individuals will also need to be a qualified CIPS professional, with at least 3 years procurement experience.
