The USAID /PACE Project provides M&E support
services to USAID, including conducting evaluations, monitoring project
implementation, training, and other related services.
This is a three-year project implemented by Development Training Services, dTS, with a home office based in Arlington VA.
The USAID/PACE project is seeking candidates for two open positions:
Position Title: M&E Officers
Reporting to: Senior M&E Advisor
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Mandatory requirements for this job include a master’s degree in a social science or related field, and computer skills including Microsoft products, particularly Excel and MS Word.
Experience with MS Access or another data base program is desirable.
Candidate should have 8 – 10 years M&E related experience on international donor projects in Kenya, including significant experience on USAID funded projects.
Areas of expertise should include one or several of the following; democracy and governance projects, economic growth, NRM and OFDA.
Specific experience should include documented history managing field staff, conducting evaluations, preparing monitoring reports, data quality assessments, and training.

Reporting to: COP
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Mandatory requirements for this job include a master’s degree in a social science or related field, and computer skills including Microsoft products, particularly Excel and MS Word.
The candidate must have 8 – 10 year managing international development projects with significant experience on USAID funded projects.
Specific experience includes documented experience developing work orders, budgeting, meeting with partner organizations, maintaining client relations, and managing deliverables.
The Program Manager will report to the project’s COP and maintain relations with home office program management.
