for Fundraising/Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
The Laikipia Wildlife Forum seeks a Monitoring & Evaluation/Fundraising Officer whose task is articulated under 3 themes:
Donor Relations
- Compile reports/presentations as required by donors in collaboration by the LWF team
- Develop, with donors, suitable monitoring systems which fulfil donor requirements and integrate with LWF’s internal monitoring processes
M&E
- Monitor activity progress & impacts of the LWF on the basis of programme reports and regular eld
Fund raising
- Establish contact with potential new donors
- Develop proposals for new and existing donors, directly aimed at implementing LWF’s strategy.
Qualifications
and Skills Required
- Degree in natural resource management or in related fields (social science, environmental management, ecology)
- 5 years experience in M&E of donor funded activities and proven fund raising record for the same
- Excellent writing and oral skills in English
- A will to be in the field as much as in an office
- Driving License

position is based in the LWF offices in Nanyuki, Laikipia District.
