Diploma in Food production from a recognized Institution
 

1-2 Years experience as a chef in a busy Hotel/Restaurant with conferencing, functions & outside catering services
 

2. Food & Beverage Supervisors
 

Diploma in Food & Beverage service from a recognized Institution
 

2-3 Years experience in a busy Hotel/Restaurant as F&B Supervisor with conferencing, functions & outside catering services.
 

3. Waiters
 

Diploma in Food & Beverage sales and service from a recognized Institution
 

2-3 Years experience in a busy Hotel or Restaurant
