Training Consultant / Executive
Duties
Duties
- Liaise
with client and respective Human resources consultant to identify
client training needs
- Develop
tailor made training programs in line with specific identified
client needs and industry
- Implement
training delivery methods and facilitate training program(training client
personnel)
- Develop
and maintain good relationship with client through client intimacy and
continuously feed back and appraisal of training and development program
delivered.
- Ensure
statutory training requirement are meet (both by client and our selves)
before undertaking any training program.
- Liaise
directorate of Industrial training (DIT) on all training and development
statutory regulation (ensure 100% compliance )
- Develop
and present timely report on all training project in the managing
consultancy
Qualification
- A
bachelor degree in education and a diploma in Human resources management
from a reputable institution
- At
least 2 years hands-on experience in training facilitation and
capacity building
- Proficiency
in report writing.
- 27-30
years of age
- Strong
background and ability in participatory training methodologies.
