Program Quality and Learning Manager
(Ref:PQLM/7/2012).Based
in Dadaab
Reporting to the Director of Refugee Operations, the Program Quality and Learning Manager will be responsible for fostering of an effective and dynamic Program Quality & Learning Unit.
The
incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in the monitoring and
evaluation system, programme quality and compliance to donor requirements as
well as contribute to the overall program development at the Refugee Assistance
Program (RAP).
Public Health Engineering Team Leader
(Ref:
PHET/07/2012). Based in Dadaab
Reporting to WASH Manager, PHE Team leader will provide leadership and technical coordination support to the team for WASH sector- Public Health Engineering (PHE) activities (Water production, Water distribution & Water Quality).
The
incumbent will be responsible for general supervision of Senior Program officer
–PHE based in the camp, Plant Maintain Unit Foreman, Water Quality Analyst and
GIS/CAD Analyst to ensure smooth operations of PHE activities.
Radio Communication Operator
(Ref:RCO/7/2012).Based
in Dadaab
Reporting to the Safety & Security Manager, the incumbent will ensure that VHF/HF radio communication for the projects between camps, vehicle convoys and staff is done according to the laid down protocols.
Basic
maintenance of communication equipments under their charge and handle emergency
communication.
