Officer - Prepaid Cards
Responsibilities
- Ensure
the timely processing of new and replacement card applications
- Take
a proactive approach in identifying areas of weakness and recommend the
implementation of solutions
- Compile
monthly statistical records and monitor trends for each product
- Ensure
that customer queries are timorously addressed
- Suggest
and identify opportunities for improvement of the bank’s service and
products
- Cross-selling
of the banks products and services
- Perform
such other duties and assume any other duties as may be delegated from
time to time by the management
The
performance and achievements of the incumbent will be measured based on the
following statistics:
- Achieve
customer query response time of not more than 24 hours
- Customer
correspondence handled daily
- Accurate
data capture
Education
and Experience
- Bachelors
Degree in Commerce –Accounting Option
- Professional
Training in Accounts an added advantage
- Banking
Diploma, Bankcard Business Certificate or similar qualification
- Computer
literate
- 2
Year experience in Bankcard Operations.
Required
Skill
- Ability
to work under pressure and get things done
- Ability
to communicate effectively both oral and in writing
