for Persons Wishing to Represent Maendeleo ya Wanawake Nyeri Central in the
Board of Directors of Nyeri Water and Sewerage Company Nyeri Water and Sewerage
Company Limited Board of Directors has a Casual Vacancy.
The
slot is reserved for Maendeleo ya wanawake. (under Registered Women
Organizations stakeholder.)
This
is therefore to invite applications from bonafide members who must be nominated
by Maendeleo ya Wanawake from , Nyeri Division and its environs, areas served
by Nyeri Water and sewerage company Limited.
The
applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Provide
a nomination letter from Maendeleo ya wanawake, Nyeri Division.
- Be
literate and numerate to at least O level
- Demonstrated
experience and acumen in business or any profession for at least 7 years
- Demonstrated
participation in local development initiatives
- Experience
as a change management agent
- Be
of Age between 21 years and 70 years old.
- Suppliers
and other trading associates of the company are not eligible for
directorship positions of the company.
NB: It is highly
encouraged that Maendeleo will nominate 5 to 10 applicants for this position to
ensure the process is open, competitive and fair.
