Human Resources Manager- Learning & Talent
Provide advice and implement a full range of human resource strategies and procedures, including managing the implementation of learning and talent initiatives through necessary to support effective people management across the organization.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-

Provide advice and implement a full range of human resource strategies and procedures, including managing the implementation of learning and talent initiatives through necessary to support effective people management across the organization.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
Recruitment
- Provide
support and advice on recruitment and induction processes for all
organizational units.
- Research
and utilize new and innovative recruitment sourcing for attraction of new
talent into the organization.
Performance
Management
- Oversee
implementation of performance management system
- Provide
support and advice to line managers on performance management
Talent
Management
- Development
of unique talent management and succession planning initiatives to
maintain talent
- Provide
technical/ professional information to line managers on talent management
Learning
& Development
- Ensure
that the induction plan/process is maintained, reviewed for improvements
and implemented regularly or/and as needed
- Work
closely with other SMT members to identify training needs and priorities
of the teams and individuals.
- Develop
and monitor the implementation of a yearly training Calendar for the entire
organization.
HR
Policy/ Strategy
- Contribute
to the continuous review and development of the HR strategy and policies
to guide recruitment, performance management and learning
- Provision
of day-to-day advice to the management and teams, on implementation of HR
policies and procedures in order to ensure consistency and appropriate
application
HR
General Management and Administration:
- Consolidation
of monthly reporting and ensuring this information is sent to the hospital
Leadership Team.
- Produce
the monthly Work Plan and Performance Indicators for Learning & Talent
Qualifications
and Skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Social Sciences or Human Resources Management.
- Master’s
degree is an added advantage.
- Post
graduate HR qualification/ HND in Human Resource Management
- At
least 5 years relevant work experience
Project Assistant
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-

- Carry
out market business intelligence.
- Researching
for new locations and preparing expansion project proposals
- Implementing
and monitoring projects as per plans and schedules to ensure
optimization of resources
- Identifying
and monitoring key success factors including learning in a completed
project for re-application in new sites using project tools
Qualifications
and Skills
- Basic
degree.
- Diploma
in project management.
- At
least 6 months relevant work experience
