Kenya Private Schools
Association is a representative body of Private Schools in Kenya whose
mission is to sustainably co-ordinate and mobilize Private Basic
Education Institutions of Learning in order to provide a holistic and
relevant quality education.
In furtherance to the above, the Association seeks to recruit qualified and competent staff to fill the following positions:-
1. Recruitment and Training Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
To be in charge of
recruitment and registration of members, to organize, develop and
implement comprehensive capacity building programs for Directors and
Staff of Basic Education Institutions in all counties.
Position Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing.
- The candidate must have superior communication skills, both written and oral.
2. Examinations Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that KPSA examinations meet the standards of quality examinations at all times and be responsible for all examination operations to ensure timely setting, moderation, printing and marketing so as to ensure sales targets are met.
Position Requirements
- A degree in Education with clear knowledge of examination setting and management.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing of Examinations or related materials.
- Experience in debt collection will be an added advantage.
