Telephone Operator
- Answering and directing phone calls to the respective recipients.
- Responding to general enquiries.
- Responding to specific product related enquiries
- Professionally managing internal phone transfers.
- Carrying out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in communication or customer care related field.
- At least 3 years experience working as a telephone operator, call centre agent or telesales.
- Full knowledge on how to operate a PABX, computers and other office machines such as printers, scanners, fax, copier etc
- Be articulate with good language command.
- Professional and highly motivated
- Good communication skills
- Be goal oriented
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision or with a team
- Ability to adopt quickly to meet the needs of the business.
