Elenix Telecoms is a fast growing ICT firm. Products includes Network Optimization, Value added Internet and ICT services, Managed services, IP CCTV, Biometric Access Controls, Cloud Computing and Zuku TV (Both Satellite and Fibre TV), and IP telephony and VoIP.

We partner with  other major Telco’s in Kenyan market.

We seek to hire ICT  Sales Persons and IT Technicians

Sales Persons

The sales team report to Head of Business Development.

Role will include

• Following up on identified leads and ensuring the conversion into successful sales
• Penetrating new markets where products awareness has been created
• Making presentations on solutions range to clients etc

Requirements

• Diploma in sales and marketing with hands on experience  or training in ICT
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent persuasive  analytical  and reporting skills
• An team player.

IT Technicians
 

The position exists to deliver VSAT, Wireless and fibre installations, and offer end user support to customers.

Key Tasks:

• Manage technical escalations
• Perform  works pertaining testing, troubleshooting, alignment of relevant network equipment
• Must work at heights and towers and have a proven experience in installation and rigging
• Configure and maintain networking equipments: firewalls, routers etc

Qualification

• Diploma/ degree in telecommunication/ computer science or related field
• Proven knowledge and ability to support Linux, TCP/IP and cabling standards
• Team player and result oriented,
