Expression of Interest (EOI): Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development is a state corporation established by KICD Act No.4 of 2013, with the mandate of developing curriculum and curriculum support material for all levels of education below university.
The Institute wishes to invite eligible individual consultants to express interest as Clerk of Works for the construction of Education Resource Centre (ERC) on contract basis and shall be reporting to the Director.
Requirements for appointment
(i) Diploma in either of the following Architecture / Civil Engineering building construction;
(ii) Served as a Clerk of Works in a large and complex building project for at least five (5) years;
(iii) Demonstrated professional competence and administrative ability in managing large and complex building project;
(iv) Proficiency in computer use and application;
(v) Initiative, be a team player and highly motivated and a person of high integrity;
(vi) Be a member of professional body.
