Vacancy: National Sales Manager

Our client is a manufacturing company that specializes in non-FMCG including agricultural implements and various sets of furniture.
The company has recently introduced a new brand in the market and is seeking to fill a position of National Sales Manager, a dynamic, focused professional who will handle the company’s products sales and brands operation both in Kenya and East Africa .
- Develop annual, half year and quarterly sales and marketing operational plans, budgeting and sales forecast in East Africa.
- Develop all credit control and credit management functions relating to the company
- Develop the company’s Credit policy document and Job Descriptions for the Team.
- Liaising with the Sales & Marketing team, Production staff on the daily sales orders, forecasts and ensure accurate product allocation to customers
- Receive, document and coordinate with relevant departments on all customer complaints/feedback and ensure corrective action is taken within 48 Hours of receipt and communicated back to the customer.
- Ensure the company Fleet is run efficiently and effectively within the agreed upon cost and budget allocation guidelines.
- Monitor Daily staff productivity guided by the daily itineraries and objectives.
- Develop SMART monthly targets issued to the sales team and fast tracked on daily basis.
- Should be a person who have team spirit, highly motivated and able to have a multi-disciplinary marketing approach to drive the organization goals
Qualifications
- Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing.
- The Individual must have worked, done sales and managed marketing of preferable Non-FMCG with experience of over 5years in East Africa.
- The person must have a high level leadership skills and techniques to manage different organization products and seal deals with key customers.
