Procurement Administrator
Based at our operations located at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi and reporting to the Procurement Manager, the overall responsibility of this position is to coordinate activities involved in procuring goods and services for the Company with the following as the key responsibilities:

Procurement Administrator

- acting as the link between the purchasing unit and the regions and overseeing the sourcing of goods and services
- researching and maintaining the most competitive prices, best quality and other specifications while ensuring timely supply of procured goods and services
- prioritizing and acting on orders to ensure reduced cycle time on deliveries of supplies
- monitoring, evaluating and advising on performance of contract suppliers
- maintaining a periodic forecast of prices and availability of goods from suppliers in conjunction with the regional procurement units
- Coordination and supervision of procurement officers
- Managing feedback on procurement services
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Supplies Management or a related field
- Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management
- At least 3 years experience in a busy procurement establishment
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Access and MS Outlook
- Possession of a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS) will be an added advantage
Refrigeration Technician
Based in our Naivasha region, the Refrigeration Technician will have the following key responsibilities:

- Installation and maintenance of RAC plants and refrigeration equipment control panels
- Service, installation and wiring of motors
- Repair and maintenance of all refrigeration equipment, air compressors, LPG systems, domestic refrigerators, defoliators, automobile air conditioning, air conditioners, conveyor belts, cold store panels, sliding doors, pneumatic equipment, pack house equipment, packaging equipment, refrigerated trucks and trailers
Minimum requirements:
- O-Level education e.g. K.C.S.E or K.C.E
- Diploma in refrigeration & air conditioning or Final Proficiency Certificate
- 4 years relevant working experience
Technical Liaison Officer
This role, which is based in one of our Divisions - Dudutech in Naivasha, has the following key responsibilities:

- proactive involvement in crop trials with production teams
- ensuring systematic and accurate collection of field data through review of crop protection issues
- assisting in industry and other audits
- carrying out cost benefit analysis of biological/chemical and disease control
- proactive participation in drawing IPM spray programmes
- active participation in the scouts meeting to ensure all the issues on Dudutech products are brought out and sorted
- Ensuring that all the complaints from the growers are solved amicably
Minimum requirements:
- A Science degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience handling IPM related issues
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
