Location: based in Nairobi Office.
Job Summary:
The HRO will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programmes for WTK.
The major responsibilities include recruitment, training, development, employee counselling, and performance management, development of policies and orientation of new staff.

Desired Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources with 3 years’ experience.
- Knowledge and experience in employment law.
- Experience in the administration of benefits and other Human Resources programmes
- Skills in database management and keeping of records
- Demonstrated ability to uphold high level confidentiality.
- Exemplary written and spoken communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Evidence of ability to work with people from different diverse background
