A
major player in Business Process Outsourcing is looking to fill the position of
a Business Development Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Identifying new business opportunities
- Building a sales pipeline through cold calling in the given territory for given product/services.
- Helping in drafting response to RFPs and RFIs
- Building effective relationships with the clients and potential clients through regular and positive communication
- Analyzing trends and patterns
- Actively supporting the finance team in collection
The
successful candidate must:
- Have post graduate qualifications in Business Management
- Have at least 3 years relevant work experience
- Demonstrate excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent Analytical Skills
- Have strong Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Demonstrate a successful career in a similar position
