Job Vacancy: Export Sales Manager

Location: Nairobi (Head Office)

Nature of Job:

• Must play a role in training sales representatives in export countries on how to demonstrate and fit the products sold by the company.
• Assist the export country in advertising and in raising awareness of the new products.
• Perform sales forecasting, budgeting and strategic implementation to achieve sales turnover and profitability of products.
• Evaluate new product and international market opportunities and provide analysis to management for decision making.
• Maintain good working relationship with own export clientele to further grow business opportunities.
• Promote and improve sales with our overseas distributors with an aim to achieve product mix and profitability.
• Develop and manage client relationship for both confirmed and potential customers.
• International travel will be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong work experience and relevant educational background in sales & marketing field.
• At least 5 year sales experience, especially with distributors or dealers in the Automobile industry and preferably engaged in export sales.
• Excellent experience and understanding of the automobile parts industry.
• Good knowledge of the import & export laws of various countries or regions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasive selling skills required.
• Knowledgeable in Computer Skills (MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Operationally sound and good follow up skills with customers and suppliers.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Must have a valid driving license.
