1. Manager

Qualification/Requirements

• Diploma/higher Diploma in hotel Management from Utalii College or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience in 3star/big well known hotel
• Possess both administrative & managerial functions
• Human resource & marketing function
• Food & Beverage Management
• Staff training knowledge

2. Chef

Qualification/Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in food production from Utalii College or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience in a 3 star or a well known hotel
• Must know kitchen administration and organization
• Food production and menu costing
• Continental & Indian Cuisine
• Staff training

3. Housekeeper

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma /Certificate in housekeeping and institutional Management from Utalii College or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience in a big well known hotel
• Staff training
• Excellent Customer Care Skills
