- Additionally, the must take lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies, and all aspects of their projects.
- Evaluate customer research; market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.

- Develops annual marketing plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- To manage the Marketing Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.
- The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage where necessary
- Specifying market requirements for current and future services/products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Analyzing current and potential partner relationships.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Project
Management
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Quality
Assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
