Insurance Regulatory Authority is a state Corporation set up to regulate,
supervise and develop the insurance sector in Kenya.
The
Authority is seeking applications for the following vacant positions:
Job
Title: Head of Procurement
Overall
purpose
Reporting
to the Chief Executive Officer , the Officer will be responsible for the
management of the supply chain function of the Authority including the
management of stores and coordinating all the supply functions thereof and the
internal monitoring and evaluation of the supply chain activities in accordance
with the provisions of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005 and the
related Regulations and guidelines.
Job
Title: Senior Administration Officer
Overall
purpose
Reporting
to the Human Capital Development & Administration Manager the officer will
be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support services in
the Authority.
Job
Title: Senior Compliance Officer
Overall
Purpose
Responsible
to the Manager, Technical for ensuring prudential supervision of the licensed
members of the insurance industry in accordance with the provisions of the
Insurance Act Cap 487 and other regulatory requirements and procedures adopted
by the Authority.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of a team charged
with the responsibilities of carrying out the under listed functions.
