Head of Micro Finance

Jamii Bora is the most established micro finance service institution in Kenya having been involved in micro finance for the last 12 years.

The Bank has identified micro finance as a core business line and would like to become the biggest microfinance player in the region leveraging innovation and consumer insight to meet the needs of this market segment. 

The incumbent will be a key member of the management team and will report to the Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer. 

He/she will be based in Nairobi.

Head of Human Resource

The successful candidate will oversee the direction and activities of the Human Resource department by leading a team of HR professionals. 

The incumbent will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be based in Nairobi.

Head of Credit

The incumbent will support the executive leadership team by providing comprehensive credit management service and decision making tools throughout the bank.

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be based in Nairobi.

Head of ICT

The Head of IT will be responsible for delivering the most innovative IT delivery platform in Kenya. 

The successful candidate will be expected to constantly challenge status quo and think outside the box. 

The incumbent will drive the Bank’s ICT strategy with the customer at its center.
