Accountant

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Accountant include:
  • Participates in month-end and year-end closing in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepare financial schedules detailing monthly expenses
  • Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
  • Assist in financial audits
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
Possess the ability to:
  • Propose adjustments and accruals as determined necessary
  • Analyze trend and budget variances
  • Maintain departmental records and reports and collect data for administrative and regulatory purposes

Requirements

Experience & Education for the Accountant:
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Public Relations/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy to connect customers wherever they may be
  • Create and maintain Content Calendars for Facebook, Twitter,  Google+,  Pinterest, Flickr, Reddit, YouTube, Newsletter, Blog, marketing   projects and more
  • Post relevant content in accordance with approved Content Calendar
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build content   designed to create passion and grow the community on both a national and  international basis
  • Leverage internal platforms and Apps to ensure customer/community retention
  • Work with vendors to trouble-shoot and optimize platforms
  • Measure, analyze and report on results and activities to ensure  that  community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create reports that lead to optimization
  • Review user generated comments and posts in social media and forums
  • Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user's experience

Qualifications And Background
  • Actively  participates in a wide variety of social media including  YouTube,  StumbleUpon, Delicious, Digg, Reddit, Flickr, Forums,  Pinterest,  Twitter, Facebook, Wikis, blogs, and other platforms and  activities
  • Understanding of popular social networks - design, functionality, users
  • Proficiency in social listening tools like Radian6 and Buzzlogic
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization including basic keyword research
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Receptionist/Customer Support Assistant

The Receptionist/Customer Support Assistant will be a valuable   member of Holivine's Customer Support Department and is responsible for   delivering exemplary service and support toHoliviness external and   internal customers.

Responsibilities include;
  • Greets all incoming callers using a spirit of optimism, tact and   professionalism. Realize the perception of Holivine is borne from  routine  interactions with our customers.  Recognize that the voice of  the  customer" often comes from routine interactions. Utilize effective   listening skills to determine the nature of incoming calls and assure   the callers you will do what is necessary to answer their inquiries or   resolve their complaints. Attempt to provide a response at the first   point of contact. Expected response-time if a callback is necessary, is   within 24 hours.
  • Responds to all incoming e-mails in a timely manner using good   judgment, grammar and world-class quality in all written interactions. A   personalized response is preferable, unless an automated response has   been approved. If necessary, use Excel, Word or other software to   deliver a professional document. Expected response time to e-mails is   within 24 hours.
  • Enters data in to database, generates reports and reviews for accuracy;
  • Composes and types memos, reports and letters, and documents, frequently confidential in nature;
  • Processes paperwork related to activities and maintaining general files; ordering supplies;
  • Build successful working relationships and negotiate realistic response times with internal and external resources.
  • Participate in cross training to facilitate a one-stop-shopping  experience for the customers.
  • Understands and able to adapt to the changes and trends in the   custom service market (impact of technology, customer frugality and   rising expectations). Invests in personal development and accepts new   learning challenges.

Responsibilities
  • The individual we are seeking will be responsible  for the following:
  • Continuously review and optimize eMarketing campaigns,  including  thorough analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns, landing  page  quality, lead and traffic quality, etc.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of SEO improvements across www.holivine.com.
  • Provide SEO guidance in technical areas such as website structure and   page construction, internal linking, CSS, JavaScript referencing and   programming standards.
  • Previous experience creating successful programs that utilize Social Media outlets to leverage for SEO.
  • Work with google analytics to analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative into actionable SEO & Marketing plans.
  • Provide insight into development trends in Search Marketing, Social Media and other online marketing avenues.
  • Consistently review and refine SEO/SEM keyword lists.
  • Improve ranking of core search terms in the main search engine results.
Requirements
