Description
- End-to-End
Tender/Bid Management Process and One Point of Contact for all the Bids in
Kenya Region
- Regular
Interaction and Co-ordination Multiple Stakeholders of the
Proposal/opportunity in Kenya and assisting them by preparing bid
responses.
- Excellent
Communication and Documentation Skills and Must have Expertise in MS
Office
- Take
full control and responsibility for the production of proposals and
liaison with Centralized Bid Team in ensuring successful conclusion in
line with RFP Requirements
- Recording,
analysing and managing issues, risks, clarifications and dependencies
during the bid preparation
- Continued
activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to
increase bid win ratio.
- Confirming
that the proposal is deemed acceptable from the perspectives of Finance
(Price & Terms), Delivery (Estimation), Practice (Technical Solution),
GM- Sales (What Customer Wants)
- Partner
interaction for specific opportunities and driving the partner in
receiving the deliverables as per the RFP Requirements
- Co-ordinate
with 'Non-Bid Management" resources in few regions on case to case
basis and assisting them in Printing and Binding Plan to ensure successful
submission
Proposed
Candidate would be playing a lead role and accountable for all the Bids in
Kenya.
