Senior Human Resource Manager
 

Duties

• In charge of all HR functions
• A consultant to the management
• Liaising with all functional managers with regard to employees’ welfare
• Representing the entire organization in all industrial disputes
• In charge of all performance appraisals
• In charge of all trainings

Requirements

• A degree in HR or Higher National Diploma
• Not less than 5 years experience in a senior HR position
• Excellent experience in CBA negotiations
• Tactful and prudent in handling employee matters
• Smart or wise in employee relations
• Good understanding of the Kenya Labour law
• Presentable and net in appearance
• Good communicator
• Excellent interpersonal skills and warm at heart
• Must have the interest of both the management and employees at heart
• Strategic in HR matters.

Starting salary is 120+k pm
