Evidence Based Advocacy in Youth Entrepreneurship in East Africa
Evidence Based Advocacy in Youth Entrepreneurship in East Africa
Supporting the development and implementation of a Policy Influence Plan (PIP)
The International Labour Organisation - Youth Entrepreneurship Facility (YEF) is looking for an organization that can help implement a policy influence plan for its Evidence Based Advocacy component.
Translating research into action is not just going to happen through dissemination.
The project needs to identify the factors and the key change agents that may be associated with policy influence in order to advocate for evidence based decision making and change facilitation in the area of youth entrepreneurship policies.
YEF is looking for an organization that has experience working on research advocacy projects, ideally in East Africa.
What are we looking for?
An organization with demonstrated experience with:
- translating research into action and advocating for evidence based decision making
- working in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably in Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania.
- working with local think-tanks and/or institutions specialized in advocacy/communication in the research field.
