The applicants must be holders of a Diploma certificate in Institutional Management from Kenya Polytechnic or from any other reputable institution. 

They must be aged 35 years and above with a working experience of at least 5 years from reputable institutions.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake responsibilities among others, control and
supervision of kitchen staff, Planning the Menu, Order and purchase of foodstuffs, General cleanliness
of catering/ kitchen stores’ sections, and maintenance of catering and store records.
