Position: Account Managers

Our client, a Leading Advertising Agency in East and Central Africa is in search of Account Managers to be in charge of overseeing the smooth running of an advertising or marketing campaign.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Consulting clients about campaign requirements and objectives
- Formulating strategies
- Passing proposals on
- Agreeing timescales and budgets
- Supervising staff
- Monitoring and chasing work progress
- Writing reports
- Analyzing, interpreting and presenting results
- Delivering ideas and final products to clients for review
- Financial administration
Professional Skills and Competencies
- Any degree discipline is acceptable, although some employers prefer a social or behavioral science, business, management, marketing, public relations.
- A Masters Degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
- The Individual should be at least 28 years of age and above
- Commercial awareness,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Excellent analytical skills and Organizational skills
- Should have specialized in Advertising and have at least 6 years of work experience in working for the fast-paced industry of advertising, digital or a direct marketing
