Key Accounts Executive – Arabic Speaking
Our client, a prominent, well established market leader in the FMCG industry is looking to fill the position of a key Accounts Executive.
The successful candidate MUST be able to speak Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of merchandisers & team leaders to exceeding sales objectives.
- Reach and exceed the turnover targets and goals set for his/her accounts.
- Maintain and increase product listings and shelf share of the company’s Brands & SKU’s.
- Plan and execute pre-decided promotional campaigns as per calendar.
- Set turnover targets and Monitor individual Team Leader & Merchandiser performance and put measures for continuous improvement.
- Set and monitor daily route and visit plan for each merchandiser and team leader
- Monitor and document team leader & merchandiser qualitative aspects of shelf store management such as stocking, display, pricing accuracy, promotional display, and shelf space allocation and competition feedback.
- Keep up to date with Competitive activities and prepare related management reports.
- Coordinate and control order cycles.
Qualification:
- Must have 5yrs FMCG Industry experience in a middle level position is a prerequisite.
- A bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing will be added advantage.
- Must have commercial awareness and strong numeracy skills.
- Must have strong MS excel and report writing skills.
- Must have strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.134,000 /= (Approx. 1,576USD).
