Our client, a Leading Advertising Agency in East and Central Africa is in search of Account Executives to assist the Account Managers in ensuring the smooth running of an advertising or marketing campaign.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Consulting clients about campaign requirements
• Presenting campaign pitches and costs to clients
• Passing proposals to appropriate media/creative staff
• Negotiating time-scales and budgets
• Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
• Delivering final products for review
• Report writing
• Staff supervision
• Financial administration

Professional Skills and Competencies 

• Any degree discipline is acceptable, although some employers prefer a social or behavioral science, business, management, marketing, public relations.
• The Individual should be  at least 24 years of age and above
• Commercial awareness, Ability to work under pressure, Excellent analytical skills and Organizational skills
• Should have specialized in Advertising and  have at least 4 years of work experience in Working for the fast-paced industry of advertising, digital or a direct marketing
